1, Machine's main features

1.1, The machine is configured with a travelling table and stationary gantry design, to provide a rigid and stable platform as well as a small floor space.

1.2, The machine is utilized imported PA laser dedicated CNC control system, which is combined from laser nd machine control system. The control system is developed

1.3, On the Windows® operation system with the excellent developing capacity of HMI, CNC and PLC, following the most advanced process. The control system is supplied laser die-board process database, machine operation function, laser operation function, remote diagnose function and so on.

1.4, The machine is equipped with customized programming software NEWCAM PACK6.0 from Taiwan, this versatile product combines the drawing, programming, slit width and text setting, multiple file formats supporting, and machining process customization.

1.5, The machine is capable to cut different slit width in one drawing. This silt width is controlled corresponding by the potential button on the operation interface to have multiple silt width in one cut.

1.6, A specialized machining process package is supplied with the machine, it is very convenient to use or modify the different machine parameter correspond to different slit width or different thickness.

1.7, Each machine includes the proprietary laser machining technology, the High-speed response Laser Power Slope adjusts the switch light-spot, tool path compensation, leapfrog movement, repositioning and retracting machining.

1.8, The machine is configured with a three directions optical design, available for different customer environments. The machine is enclosed optical path and positive pressure dust removal, to ensure the long life of the lens.

ST-2512-D Machine tool body adopts entire welding structure, rough processing after annealing, then make vibratory stress relief, which could completely eliminate the welding and processing stress. The machine tool has good rigidity, high precision and no distortion for long time working. The beam of machine tool is made up of aluminum alloy integral casting, rough processing after two times annealing, then make vibratory stress relief, which contribute to the beam having good rigidity, light weight, high dynamic performance. Imported pinion and rack and high precision line guide rail, makes the machine tool stable transmission, high cutting precision. X. Y. Z axis uses original imported torque servo motor, having high precision, high rotating speed, large torque, big inertia, stable and durable performance, ensuring the high working speed and accelerating ability of whole machine

6, German PA CNC System

ST-2512-D laser cutting machine adopts German PA8000 CNC system, which is the most professional laser processing NC system. Compact structure and modular design makes PA8000 CNC system meeting users’ requirements for high performance due to its good cost efficiency.

7, Water chiller system

● All components of the system have adopted the internationally well-known brands to ensure outstanding quality and favorable reliability of the equipment.

● The quality stainless steel cooling water circulation pumps are adopted. Such pumps feature large flow, high lift, low noise and long service life. Water tanks, pipelines and valves are all stainless, free of rustiness.

● The control system has adopted the LCD Chinese (or English) computer controller, CPU fully automatic control, which can realize man-machine interaction, featuring simple and intuitionistic operation. The control precision reaches as high as ±0.1℃. The failure automatic diagnosis function is available to directly display failure points on the screen so that users can take immediate actions. Furthermore, the failure signals can be transferred to the CNC system directly via the data line, to avoid damages to components and equipment.

● Multiple protection functions and passive alarm terminals, remote control terminals are available to realize the centralized CNC control and monitoring.
